Tentative Daily Itinerary:

 

Day 1: Arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica. Our all-terrain vehicle takes us to the city of Jaco. The team stops for lunch and visits the famous Crocodile Bridge. Once in Jaco we visit the beach or relax at the pool before yoga. We end the day on a mountaintop to witness a Pacific sunset.  We head off to dinner to experience Costa cuisine at its best.

 

Day 2: Wake up and fuel our bodies with a Tico breakfast and then we're off on a whitewater rafting expedition on the Savegre River.  In the afternoon we battle the waves of Dominical with the help of our talented surf instructors. Later in the afternoon the team unwinds and becomes centered with yoga.  It's off to dinner to enjoy another local food spot.

Day 3: We breakfast in one of the most famous surf spots on the planet; Playa Matapalo. We begin a challenging hike in the mountains of Dominical. Our hike ends with one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Central America; Nauyaca Falls. Those who want the ultimate rush can climb the falls and jump into the pool below. The second day of surfing is up-tempo as we have a day of lessons under our belts.  We head to the hilltop to watch the sunset before dinner.

Day 4:  After breakfast, we paddle into the waves. This is the day we meander into town for some downtime as we recover from two challenging adventure days and experience the culture of Costa Rica. Late that afternoon we recover with a yoga class

 

Day 5: After breakfast, we saddle up and ride on horseback into the mountains of Puntarenas.  The team experiences pure nature as we ride through the trails teeming with sloths, howler monkeys, and toucans.  Our next adventure is a rainforest experience that includes zip lining and rock climbing.  We end our day dropping into some awesome waves.  We experience our final dinner at one of Jaco's famous dining spots; Lemon Zest.

 

Day 6: Breakfast at the world famous Taco Bar and depart for San Jose to catch flights back home.
